STEP 1

Either make a simple sugar cookie dough (recipe here), or buy cookie dough from your nearest grocery.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Roll out the cookie dough and cut out your cookies with your ghost shaped cookie cutter. You can make roughly 40 cookies with this cookie cutter.

Set your cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and bake for 8-12 minutes, until the edges just start to turn golden brown.

Let your cookies cool down.

STEP 2

Buy squeezable white cooking icing, or make your own using this simple icing recipe.

Squeeze the icing onto the cookie following the perimeter of the ghost shape. Then fill the inside of the cookie with icing, and use a toothpick or spoon to smooth away the gaps.

STEP 3

Once the icing has somewhat solidified, use an edible black marker such as this one by Wilton, to draw on cute eyes and a smile. Get creative with your faces, and use emojis as your inspiration!

Then press two pink confetti sprinkles as "blush" into the cookie to complete the cute look.
